Level 4 Stylist/Owner: These are our Senior stylists and the most advanced stylists in salon. They have taken many advanced color/cutting classes over the years. They teach and train all other level of stylists.
Level 3 Stylist: Level 3 stylists have worked to build a strong clientele. They have multiple years of work under their belts. Level 3 stylists can help with training and educating the newer stylists. They also have their own customized pricing for all the services they perform. Additionally, they too take additional classes to further hone their craft and to continue growing with an ever changing industry.
Level 2 Stylist: Level 2 stylists have 1-2+ years of experience behind the chair.  They can perform all services on their own and are working to build a strong + busy clientele. They are still receiving lots of additional education. 
Level 1 Stylist: These stylists have 0-1+ years of experience behind the chair. They are going to classes weekly in West Oaks training program. When they aren't taking clients, they are shadowing/assisting senior stylists to learn even more. When taking clients they are able to ask more advanced stylists for help + ideas.
Apprentice: These are stylists in school and out that are going through our training program, learning and shadowing. At this level they begin taking clients. They have mentors available at all times to help with anything they need. This level is essential to their skill building.
